Baskin Robbins has a special place in the hearts of everyone at Jolt, but it's not because we love those 31. As it happens, our founder, Josh Bird, used to own the exact location seen in the video below.
In 2010, Josh lost over $10,000 in product overnight when a freezer unit stopped working. You'll notice there's a sensor in every freezer there now.
Josh didn't want Eric's product falling through the same cracks he'd experienced, so this particular location was one of the first places we got sensors set up.
Now, Eric doesn't have to worry about temperature until Jolt tells him to. And with constant readings, he's got enough time to do something about it.
